These kind of shortcuts can override JAWS keystrokes so it's best to try and identify what the software is that's opening and change its shortcut. Once you know what the software is, select the start menu or control panel option that launches it, press ApplicationsKey, choose properties from the popup menu, and then use the dialog that opens to remove the keystroke.
