>JAWS Key plus NumPad 1 reads the Title Bar of the current Focused Window. To be exact, it reads the top line of the focused window, though this will almost certainly be the same thing. As far as this script saying "playback close symbol" is concerned; the tool windows are floating windows and JAWS sometimes needs to click them to carry out tasks. This gives these windows focus so JAWS is reporting exactly the right thing. You may also find that JAWS+T reports unexpected things too. This is because some of the tool windows have there own application window and this is where JAWS gets the title of the application from. What makes this really bazaar is that JAWS still recognises that Sibelius is the active application.
