[SI-LIST] where should we get the SET2DIL software

Hi,SI-lister:
If I'm going with Intel's SET2DIL method to measure the loss, are
there any independent
software to support the two-port network analyzer? As my known ,there are
only software to support the TDR,that's right? Or where should we get this
kind of software, can anybody give some suggetion?
