Hi, 
It depend if your model is completed or not.
Enclosed, you can find a picture which present ibis block diagram of CMOS 
Buffer.

If all this informations are present in your model, your simulation will take 
into account of all parameters : transistors, clamping diode, package and pin 
parasitic.

pulldown transistors? Does Depend the program used?
