[SI-LIST] touchstone of FIR filter

As an example:
v_outn = (v_in_1*c-1) + (v_in_0*c0) + (v_in_-1*c1)
This is an FIR filter with v_in_1 coming in first and multiplied by c-1
(this is c subscript -1), delayed 1UI (v_in_0) and
multiplied by c0, delayed another UI (v_in_-1) and multiplied by the
coefficient c1
How do I create a touchstone file that represents this filter? Assume I
know the coefficient values ahead of time (and also what if I don't?).
