Hi all :
In order to make our SI/PI simulation precision,Usually, the model of lump
elements are required. How to get their impedence curves? How to get their
spice model? How to make sure the test datas are correct? As we are well known,
we can use VNA to get S parameters model, and then, we can get their impedence
curves through their S parameters. but there is a problem in it.that is three
transform modes, form S11,from S21,or from four S parameters? which method will
make test error smallest?
