Dow-Key Microwave is another maker of GPIB-controlled RF relays.

Hi Ming:

I'm assuming you want relays - because you can buy pin-diode switches
too -
but you'll lose DC.

As far as relays, you have DowKey, Ducommun, Radiall, and Teledyne to
choose from.

I like Radiall the best - they are hard to deal with but seem to make
the
highest quality, albeit expensive product.

You can also buy instruments that have these relays in them that can be
controlled via GPIB so you don't
have to build your own switching system. Pickering is a company that
sells
these. Not sure of others.

Pete

Hi, Experts,
We are looking for a switch matrix to speed up our SI testing on DUT
which
has 8 differential pairs. Maximum frequency is 10GHz. Can anyone give us
some suggestions?

Thanks. We appreciate your help.

Regards,
Ming
