Narda would be another vendor of high-performance RF relays. Keithley would be a vendor for switch matrix controllers, and they also build custom switch matrices if needed. (building the matrix itself isn't all that hard though, just a lot of wiring and soldering depending on how many relays and how many contacts you need).
