Hi Palusa: SPICE2IBIS is going to give you your I-V and V-t tables, but - whether you want to use IBIS 3.2 or 4.1 format - you're going to have to take care of pin mapping issues on your own, pretty much. IBIS 4.1 gives you the syntax options to do this, of course, but S2IBIS won't do the pinout work for you.
