[SI-LIST] s2ibis2 utility

Is it still valid to use the s2ibis2 utility available at
the //www.eigroup.org/ibis/tools.htm website since it states that it
generates v2.1 models? It appears that v3.2 is being used these days
(and v4.0 has been published). If not, is a Spice simulation the
best way of generating an IBIS model?
