Dear David, Go to the Johanson Technology website (johansontechnology.com) and download their free calculator which will show you the impedance v frequency for their RF capacitors. It will be a real eye-opener as to how small a capacitor is required to keep the impedance low out as far as 5 GHz, assuming you need low impedance from some low frequency to 5 GHz.
