Hi,
I want to study SI issues on clock signal lines in die and want to conduct
hspice transmission line analysis. I extracted RLGC representation using
EMX in touchstone format. How should i use this extracted file in hspice ?
Just use S-parameter model in hspice ? But i can not see the reflection
effect using this method. From hspice document, it seems like i need to use
w-element to do transmission line analysis. Can I use the touchstone file
in W-element ? Which is the correct way to continue the SI study ?
Can anyone help ?
