Zhangkun,

Theoretically speaking, NEXT and FEXT are definitely
defined in time domain. In frequency domain, they were
called coupling coefficient. Far-end coupling
coefficient strongly depend on coupling length,
frequency and matching condition. The couplind
structure will behave resonance at some frequency. You
might describe your condition in detail.
