[SI-LIST] mixed-signal RF tuner + digital demodulator layout specification

Hi Experts,
I am designing 6 layer board with the mixed-signal RF tuner + digital
demodulator, utmost care needs to be taken in the PCB routing of the analog
blocks, grounding, placement and antenna placement/ground palne,Also i m using
0.5 MM pitch BGA package,so anyone can suggest that for bga package, what
specification to be require in Layout. Like... via size,track width , tarck
clearence.......and all important terms.
So, i can follow the same criteria to reduce the noice beetween Analogue and
Digital Section.
All traces have to be simulated to have proper 50-Ohm impedance.
