Hi,
I'm into chracterizing i/o cells. I want to know how to measure DC specs like
Vih,Vil,Voh,Vol.
Suppose, I f I know worst case Ioh or Iol then, can I load the o/p of the cell
with that current, and
see how much is the voltage available at that load and treat it as Voh/Vol.
But as per Jan Rabaey book (dig. Int. circuits) I could see, its proposed to
use the DC trans. curves
and the voltage corresponding to unity slope in curve is assumed to be Voh/l.
Could anyone clarify on this.
Regards,
Canes
