I see rules asking to match to 10 mils (or whatever) and I wonder if 
this requirement is necessary to making the buss work. Because, though 
it may be possible (easy?) to match physical length to 10( or 1 or 0) I 
don't think you can match electrical length to that accuracy. I think 
the best you can claim is probably around the line width (call it 5 
mils) and is probably much more than that. So if the 10 mils is there 
because it is "easy to follow and will work", then fine. If it is 
really necessary..... then not fine.
