Hi,

I was in the process of designing a passive limiter with
I/P +43dBm CW power
and output flat leakage of +20dBm. most of the
application notes giving hint
that pin diodes has to be placed at a
distance of lamda by 4. But for my
frequency range 3MHz to 30 MHz lambda
by 4 will be very huge. My PCB space
for this limiter is only 7mm *
7mm.
Any one can help me out.
