Hi Steve,

actually, we should all be carefull. I believe the USA has an ITAR(?) 
policy, that prevents the export of information. Rightly so.

If information has been developed at the expense of the US taxpayer, or 
some other financial organization, perhaps it should not be freely 
distributed on the list....

Right now, politically, this is a hot topic. We should tread carefully. 
As an EMC lab assessor, I have refused assignments because they would 
help export US jobs.

Maybe the list minder(s) should clarify what is appropriate content.
