Sam, You are right! Sorry for the mistake. However, the S element is also supported by the regular HSPICE but only for AC and DC analysis (not transient). That may meet part of what was needed. If you count Spectre as part of the family of "SPICEs", then it is another one that supports S-parameter models in transient simulations. I've been using it for such simulations for some time now. However, Touchstone, Citifile, etc. formats cannot be imported directly - they have to be re-formatted into the "Spectre format". Thanks for your comments. Regards. Hassan.
