Dear praveen,

The propagation time , Delta(T) associated with a RLC networks is often
ascertained by calculating the=20
square root of the product of L and C. That is,

Delta(T) =3D sqrt(L*C)

Inductance L in Henries and capacitance C in Farads yield Delta(T) in
Seconds.

The propagation delay parameter Tpd is obtained by dividing Delta(T) by =
the
path(trace) length.

For instance, Delta(T) in seconds and length in inches produce Tpd in
seconds per inch.
The Tpd parameter is simply reciprocal of signal velocity V.
