Doug, you missed the point. Level of expertise only determines whether you are expert or not. It's the ability to do your own homework that makes one a professional. It's a key skill to become an expert. This list is intended as an aid for all levels of competence, but should not be used as a crutch to avoid effort. That's what I'm saying.
