Giovanni,

we do the same in our lab. But I would't call it a 4 port. It doesn't
deliver 4x4 s-parameter matrices, just 2x2 diff mode. You loose common mode
and mode conversion. Cal procedure seems ok.

If the hybrid delivers true diff mode to the DUT and in turn converts diff
to common only, then all is fine. But there will be some mode conversion in
the hybrids. Mode conversion in the DUT will contribute to the diff mode
readout, causing errors.
