Simply put, flight time is the time it takes the signal to travel from the
output of the driver to the input of the receiver.

Oh if you want to be technically correct...

Prop delay is the absolute delay of a T-Line

Flight time is the difference between the reference waveform and the
waveform at the receiver.

No.

Propagation delay might mean the silicon delay of a buffer.

Or it might mean the apparent wire delay from one IC output pin to an
input pin.

Or a combination of both.  Or something else.

There are several ways to specify wire or net propagation delay, and you
can get a negative number depending on how it is done.  But the flight
time of the electromagnetic signal is always positive.
