imagine a transmission line where it is comprised of an ideal dielectric, where
the loss tangent is zero, and its permittivity is constant with respect to
frequency.
if you consider only conductor losses in this transmission line, one will
observe dispersion.

Is dispersion bound to happen due to propagation constant being depended on
freq specially phase constant?Or it is solely because of permittivity of
the material changes with Freq.
Can we have dispersion when permittivity is constant?
