Hello,

Given a diff pair clock and a DCA (scope) measurement of jitter done
separately on each line of the pair, and where the DCA measures DJpp and
RJpp (14sigma),

Is it correct to desire a "differential" measurement and which is defined
as:

total diff. jitter = TJpp,diff = median(DJpp) + sqrt[sum(RJpp^2)]

I'm interested in feedback on assumptions and definition of TJpp,diff.

Regards,

John
