Weston,

My personal preference is to use T & C to easily distinguish diff pairs 
from single-ended signals that are active low (negated, usually with the 
_N suffix).  Most important though:  establish the rules early in the 
project, communicate the rules to all project members, and get the 
buy-in of each project member.
