Hi Subbu,

         Are you interested in only characterizing the PCB or in 
characterizing its EM interaction with the rest of the vehicle (chassis, 
cable harnesses, etc.)? If the latter, then FLO/EMC by Flomerics is a great 
tool for characterizing such phenomena. You can have a look
