I am doing idtfct3807 ibis model validation in Hspice . This ibis model works well in sq and quite fit to it's hspice result. but when using this ibis model in hspice. the result was totally wrong. for example the output voltage reaches 100v. by tuning the options such as timestep fwf_tune etc. I found the problem maybe occures in the process of interacting of VI and VT data . Because of not knowing the exactly data interaction process. How to fix this . Adjust IBIS model itself or others???
