Myan, I still think you are in trouble at 33MHz: 16 inches @ 150ps / inch 1 way = 4.8ns round trip propagation. 10ns = 2 round trips. It is unlikely to work unless you do one of the following: 1) Push devices away from the middle of the bus. 2) Reduce the PCI clock speed. 3) Shorten the bus. 4) If you are lucky, and have very well behaved devices, add some selective damping with series resistors in the bus. The little bit of clock skew that you have is the least of your worries.
