Jayaprakash,

That is a design decision that only you or your board designer can 
decide.  There are numerous articles in the literature that discuss 
this, and numerous standards documents that include crosstalk in their 
margin analysis.  The PCI-X specification comes to mind as one that 
attemped to cover all noise sources in it's margin analysis.
