Hi,
Our design contains two chip antennas for WiFi (2.4GHz, Wurth Electronics
7488930245) and GPS (Taiyo Yuden AH 316M157501). Due to space constraints,
both antenna are placed very close to each other. The center to center
distance between two antenna is around 14.5mm. I seek answer to the
following:

   - What would be the affect of the such close placement of the antennas
on their performance? Is it permissible? Pls. clarify.
   - We cannot increase the size of the PCB. One of the alternative
placement, we are thinking placing GPS antenna on the bottom layer. Would
that help in improving the performance of antennas and avoiding
   interference?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Ajaypal Singh
