[SI-LIST] Why not Cytop as dielectric?

Hi list members,

As I observe the thread about Isola IS620, I wonder why Cytop has not generated
more interest. It is manufactured by Asahi Glass. It has a dielectric
constant of 2.1 and a loss tangent of 0.0007. It's moisture uptake is <0.01%
by weight.

I've applied for a patent on how to overcome its high CTE of 74 ppm/degree C on
silicon or glass-epoxy substrates - requiring some unusual fabrication
techniques. They involve a gridded pair of dielectric materials patterned by
imprinting, and would only be suitable for build-up layers.
