Hello,

JEDEC does have an SSTL_3, SSTL_2 and SSTL_18 as separate documents.
But there no separate spec document for SSTL_15 (at least not that I'm
aware of).

You should find the information similar to the SSTL_18 spec in the DRAM
spec itself.
