Henrik,

"integrated rms jitter on a clock signal" sounds a lot like a single sideband 
phase noise specification. Maxim has a nice app note that describes the math 
(there are a few others, search for "phase noise rms"):

Most spectrum analyzers out there will do the rms conversion for you, either 
out of the box or with additional SW options. Here's an example:
