Hello Rakesh, Many of the test equipment companies make posters to help teach these types of concepts. There is a new one available from SyntheSys Research (we make physical layer measurement devices) called "Anatomy of an Eye Diagram". This poster goes through the measurement and then also shows many examples of stressed eyes coming from all sorts of transmitter, channel and receiver imparements. This is available at the web site, www.bertscope.com if you are interested. There are also a number of white papers available at the same site.
