sorry for the typo!!

The command lines should be:

1.
W1 in1 0 out1 0 N=1 L=length RLGCMODEL=cps_102030
W2 in2 0 out2 0 N=1 L=length RLGCMODEL=cps_102030
.model cps_102030 W MODELTYPE=RLGC
+ N=1
+ Lo =7.955539012541763e-007
+ Co = 5.977204400100264e-011
+ Ro = 3362.163358282071
+ Go = 0
+ Rs =0.01781587892113573
+ Gd =1.151478112888962e-010

2.
W1 in1 in2 gnd1 out1 out2 gnd2 N=2 L=length RLGCMODEL=cps_102030X2_30

.model cps_102030X2_30 W MODELTYPE=RLGC
+ N= 2
+ Lo =7.955539012541763e-007 0 7.955539012541763e-007
+ Co = 5.977204400100264e-011 0 5.977204400100264e-011
+ Ro = 3362.163358282071 0 3362.163358282071
+ Go = 0 0 0
+ Rs =0.01781587892113573 0 0.01781587892113573
+ Gd =1.151478112888962e-010 0 1.151478112888962e-010

There simulation results should be same but the results are weird.
They are different?

Any people share this kind of experience with me? Or know the root cause?

I'm not sure I understand your question..

One of these models is for a single ended transmission line, the other is for a
coupled line or differential pair although there seems to be no coupling
between
the two lines.
I think that you may need to have a Go line in the first model located
after the Ro line.

I hope it helps,
