Hi! Richard: I would like to bring to your attention that you should check the version of HSPICE you are using. There are a few bugs associated with HSPICE field solver 1999 version (inductance, losses). Make sure you are are using the latest HSPICE with those bugs fixed, and I think it's always a good idea to validate the model with measurement or compare with other field solver results.
