In general, delay calculation starts at the time the driver starts to switch
(modulated by TIME_TO_VM). You can
measure anything at the receiver by making the logic thresholds of the
receiver be the voltage you want
to measure to.
You can also place measurement points and post process the output files to
calculate about any kind of delay
you want. If you do the post processing, don't use the report file, use the
computer parsable output
file (If I remember, called the .gen file).
