Hello,
this value is often missunderstood..
in DDR3 the Voh/l have been some levels that the DRAM woudl Drive out.
in DDR4 the Voh/l levels are voltages that are forced externally and the
current is measured in order to characterize the output driver linearity.
So if your compliance app measures a level there .. just disable this
measurement..
Basically most "Read" measurements that are done in the compliance app
are useless for a system characterizaiton. These are Data output tests
and need to be done on special testboards by the DRAM vendors (and even
in this environement it is impossible to execute the measurement correct).
So for Reads you are on your own anyhow!
