Hi andy,
I am referring to the voltage shoot caused at low logic voltage (in my
case at 0V) on the falling edge of the signal. Not the ringback due to
overshoot.

Just wanting to clarify:
Are you asking about undershoot (signals that swing less than the normal
levels), or about downward-going overshoot (signals that swing past the
normal level, in a downward direction towards a negative voltage)?
