In case you are curious, the purpose of these two posts is to try to find a 
recipe to post URLs to si-list in such a way that they are not mangled.
This second post is plain text from Microsoft Outlook 2003
Style 1 - allow Outlook hyperlink creation: 
http://www.home.agilent.com/agilent/application.jspx?cc=US&lc=eng&ckey=1393620&nid=-34511.0.00&id=1393620&cmpid=_1
 
Style 2 - remove automatically created hyperlink:
http://www.home.agilent.com/agilent/application.jspx?cc=US&lc=eng&ckey=1393620&nid=-34511.0.00&id=1393620&cmpid=_1
Style 3 - Remove hyperlink and place DELETEME in front:
