[SI-LIST] Tri-state level of DQ signal in DDR3L

Hi,
We are capturing DDR3L signals for DVT ( Detailed Validation). Tek Scope
can't able to understand Read bursts.
DQ is starting from GND level increases close to Vref then changes Level
HIGH or LOW.
My understanding is DQ should be near to Vref when not driven. Why it is
starting from GND level (Not only at the start but between bursts also)
