[SI-LIST] Timing Analysis using Blast-need help- urgent

Hello SI experts,
I am a babyuser of Blast and when i started
that i found the Setup Advisor is not invoked properly
and giving errors.So i bypassed the SA and run the STM
files available in the examples. But for starting a
new project in Blast, i have some questions.
1. Since SA is not working properly,is there any way
to generate STM file?Is there any utility or tool or
script available?
2. How to generate *.lib files.Is there any utility or
script available?
3. In some of the things i have seen, the padsx
utility accepts the *.asc file exported from powerpcb
and gives error if we supply the *.asc generated
directly from the ViewDraw schematics.What type of asc
file input is needed for padsx utility?
I went through the reference document available in
the Blast tool installed directory. But i couldn't get
any clue.
So i need your valuable suggestions.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
