Hello Sukumar,
In Designer, go to the menu "Tools" then "Data Network Explorer". In this
window, it is possible to setup differential pair from 4 single-ended ports.
You need to give 2 input ports and 2 output ports.

Ansoft tools support manual calculation, but you need to use the key words that
have been pre-defined in the software tools.
S11 is not pre-defined and cannot be supported for calculation directly.
You need find which port/trace name can be mapped to S11 and use it instead.
