[SI-LIST] TDR C-Pad method, w/ finite R-Pad, available?

Does someone have a method they use for measuring C-pad in the face of a 
significantly low R-pad that they could share?  I find information using the 
integral method if R-pad is essentially infinite, but not when R-pad affects 
the TDR waveform significantly.
I would also appreciate hearing if anyone has had success using the "Z-line" 
method outlined by IConnect (now Tek).
