As do all the major vendors - TI, Intersil, Semtech, International
Rectifier etc. This is a common feature. Getting it to work well (with a
seemless transition between modes) can sometimes be tricky though.

What is the proper list forum for these kinds of questions?

Suggest you look at Linear Technology. They have parts that operate in
burst or pulse skipping mode.
