Hi Sanjeev,
Can we generate ibis-ami models as well using Bpro?
Regards
Amit

BPro from SPIsim is very strong tool for ibis modeling and best value for
money..
There are definitely tools from other vendors also. Cadence, iometh etc..
Thanks

Hi Sunil.
You can take a look at Cadence Sigrity T2B (Transistor to Behavioral
model) solution.
You can generate output models in IBIS 3.2, 4.2, 5.0, and 6.0
power-aware formats, as well as in an accuracy-enhanced Sigrity
behavioral model format.
Use model validation feature to verify the behavioral model accuracy
versus the original transistor model.
Also, these power-aware behavioral driver models generated by the
Sigrity T2B solution can be further leveraged for System level
simulations having Spectre and HSPICE as engine.
