[SI-LIST] Solid modelling

Hello all:
Is there a standard preprocessor available for
specifying geometry in field solvers like Fast henry,
Raphael, fast cap, HFSS etc. Each one has their own
format and it unnecessarily complicates. Also, is
there any standard language (or initiative) for solid
modelling?
