Hi Group ,
We are looking for good quality IC sockets ( DC - 6 Ghz ) for the Packages like
WLCSP , BGA & QFN .These sockets should have minimal parasitics & shouldgive
fairly accurate results , when these IC's are tested .
Pls forward the details of any known IC socket vendors .Vendor should provide
Transmission line model of the IC sockets .
