[SI-LIST] Slots in power and ground planes

Looking for a good reference or explanation on how slots in power and
ground planes cause EMI problems. A Google search turned up a lot of
information about signals crossing over a slot but nothing about how a slot
by itself is a problem. For example suppose on a power plane you have +5V,
+3.3V and +1.2V all separated by slots. My simple understanding is there
can be RF potential between rails and this can drive the slot as an
antenna. I need a reference to convince other people of this.
Thanks
